Attention All Pasco Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Deputies, Bailiffs, Corporals, Detectives, Sergeants, and Lieutenants,

There will be a contract ratification vote this Wednesday, September 30th, 2020, between 1000 - 1800 hrs. at Fraternal Order of Police - John Nelson Memorial Pasco Lodge 29 located at 21735 YMCA Camp Road, Land O' Lakes, FL 34639 (southeast corner of US 41 and Bell Lake Road). FOP Staff Representative Bill Lawless will be at the lodge manning the ballot box to answer any questions you may have as well as have copies of the proposed contract you will be voting on. Voting is open to all certified law enforcement officers of the Pasco Sheriff's Office categories listed above. You do not have to be a member of the FOP to cast a ballot. FOP members, please share this message with non-FOP members and encourage their involvement. I encourage you all to take the time to come out before or after your shifts bringing a non-member with you to cast your votes. If currently not a member of the FOP, please ask Bill Lawless for a membership application. FOP members, please spread the word throughout the agency so everyone has an opportunity to vote and become members of the FOP to enjoy the protection of legal defense and labor as well as the Fraternal Lodge located on over 30 acres with a lake and campsites. Labor was instrumental in bringing the proposed contract you will be voting on. I would like to take this opportunity to thank FOP Staff Representative Bill Lawless, William Lindsey, Chairman of the Supervisor's Collective Bargaining Unit, and Robert Mitchell, Chairman of the Deputies Collective Bargaining Unit, and Jesse Graham for all their efforts in contract negotiations with the Pasco Sheriff's Office Management team in bringing you a proposed contract to vote on.
